How it works
Our professional driver will meet you in the arrivals area of the airport or ferry port holding a sign with “SANTORINI TRANSPORT” logo on it.
The driver will be pleased to assist with your baggage and/or wait patiently if you use other airport or port facilities. On your return trip, you will be picked up directly from your home or hotel taken to your destination in plenty of time, and dropped off right outside your airline / ferry terminal.

What’s Included & Payment Options
The rates include all fees (parking fees, luggage, Meet & Greet services, all taxes and VAT) and full insurance. The price quoted, is the one you pay. The fixed fares are quoted per vehicle, arranged during the booking process and guaranteed, regardless of the actual time needed to get to your destination. If the transfer time gets longer due to traffic, closed roads, weather or other unpredictable circumstances, you will not have to pay more. We require payment in advance (bank transfer, credit card payment or PayPal) in order to guarantee your reservation.

What happens if my flight / ferry is late?
We always confirm the flight/ferry arrival times.The driver will wait for all flights and ferries that are delayed and your transfer is provided without any additional charges.
How long will the driver wait for us to clear customs?
The driver will normally wait up for you as much as needed. If you discover that your luggage has gone missing, you should inform us as soon as possible by using the phone number shown on the confirmation letter.
Why your private transfer fares are a more expensive than your shuttle service?
As our professional driver needs to wait only for you there is an extra cost for this service. Many of our clients prefer the small additional cost of the private transfers for piece-of-mind and for faster and more personal service.
What happens if I can't find the driver?
You will have full details and the emergency telephone number of your supplier on your confirmation e-mail. Please call your supplier and you will be directed to your driver.
What does “private transfer” mean?
A private transfer is a chauffeured car service that ensures that only your party (no matter how big or small) will be on-board. You will also directly to and from your destination.
Is the transfer direct or do we stop en route?
Private Transfers are always direct.
How much luggage can I bring on Private Transfer?
We allow two (2) large size pieces of luggage per passenger and a carry-on. If you have more than two (2) pieces of checked luggage per person or any surfboards, bikes, etc. just let us know in order to reserve the appropriate vehicle.
Do you cater for baby seats?
If you are traveling with infants car seats are free of charge. You only need to request it at the time of booking.
Do you have special children's fares?
Santorini Transport welcomes the opportunity to serve our “junior” passengers. Children two (2) years of age and younger travel free with a paying adult. During the reservation process, please clarify the number of children traveling so that we can set a seat aside, as Greek law does not allow children to ride in the lap of an adult.
What if I leave something in the vehicle?
If you have left something behind, please contact us and we will do our best to reunite you with your belongings.
Does your private transfer service run always?
We operate 365 days a year, even on or around certain public holidays (New Years Eve, New Years Day, March 25th, October 28th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Dormition of the Holy Virgin, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day).
