How it works
We will greet you in the arrivals area of the airport or ferry port holding a board with your name on it. Our skillful driver will be pleased to assist with your baggage and will ensure your journey is relaxing and safe. For your return trip, we will pick you up directly from your hotel and ensure you reach your destination in plenty of time, dropping you off right outside your airline or ferry terminal.

What’s Included
The rates include all fees (parking fees, luggage, Meet & Greet services, all taxes, and VAT) and full insurance. We accept euro currency. Also, the price quoted is the one you pay. The fixed fares are quoted per passenger and arranged during the booking process. To clarify, the fares are guaranteed regardless of the actual time needed to get to your destination. In addition, if the transfer time gets longer due to traffic, closed roads, weather, or other unpredictable circumstances, you will not have to pay more.
Payment Options
To book your transfer, we require full payment in advance via PayPal. Bookings canceled more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time will be refunded. What happens if my flight / ferry is late?
Our local manager monitors all flight and ferry arrivals. Thus, your pickup time is automatically updated according to the actual arrival time.
How long will the driver wait for us to clear customs?
The driver will wait up for you. If you are delayed in customs or lost luggage please call us. On the other hand, if there is no sign of the passenger we will try to contact you via phone, otherwise the driver will depart.
Are shuttle reservations required?
To ensure availability, we strongly encourage reservations the latest 24 hours before your arrival.
To clarify, we will do our very best to accommodate travelers who do not provide advance notice. But we cannot guarantee the service.
What happens if I can't find the driver?
You will have full details and the emergency telephone number on your confirmation e-mail. Please call us and you will be directed to your driver.
What does “shared ride” mean?
To keep prices low you share the ride with a few other passengers. In exchange, SantoriniTransport.com gives you prices that are more economical than a taxi or limo. What’s more, it is a solution that is environmental friendly. We allow a little more travel time for this shared ride service so that our customers benefit from sharing the cost of the shuttle service. This is why our prices are unbeatable.
Is the transfer direct or do we stop en route?
Shared Transfers may be subject to a few brief stops to collect or drop off other clients. They can also be part of the scheduled service.
How much luggage can I bring on Share Ride?
We allow two large size pieces of luggage and a small carry – on. If you have more than two (2) pieces of checked luggage per person or any surfboards you require an exclusive van to guarantee Santorini Transport can accommodate your request. Please provide an accurate baggage count when booking your ride.
Do you cater for baby seats?
We do provide baby seats for free. So, just let us know the age of your child and the vehicle will arrive with the baby seat on board.
What if I leave something on a shuttle?
If you have left something behind, please contact us! Without doubt we will do our best to reunite you with your belongings.
Does your shuttle service run always?
Our service operates from 06:00 AM to 10:59 PM daily. We are available 365 days a year, including public holidays such as New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, March 25th, October 28th, Labor Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day
