Is it allowed to use the transfer service for animals?
Live animals can travel providing they are carried in suitable carrying equipment, which is kept in good and secure condition, and that you have the necessary documents (e.g. a pet passport). This only apples to Private Transfers. Please notify us at the time you make your reservation. Guide dogs are transported free of charge.

Do I have to tip the driver?
The price paid does not include a tip. As is standard across the globe these days if you feel your resort taxi driver has been friendly and courteous, then a small tip is the norm.

Where can I pay? Can I pay by credit card?
You can only pay by cash on the spot directly to the driver. There are no facilities to collect payments by credit card.

How can I pay?
Payment is made only in Euro.

What if I’m traveling with a Wheelchair?
If you are traveling with a wheelchair collapsible or non-collapsible please email us via the Contact Us page prior to booking to ensure the appropriate vehicle can be provided.

Changes, Delays and Cancellations

What happens if my holiday details change prior to departure?

If your details change prior to departure simply contact us on (+30) 6984637383 or by email at info [@] and your details will be amended accordingly. You will be responsible for any increase in the transfer price if the new resort/hotel is further away from the airport or port.
